Essential browser storage

The website may use browser storage to remember your analytics choice and to support local tools such as the Readiness Score. This information stays in your browser and is necessary to respect the choice you make.

Google Analytics 4

If you select Accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, engagement and broad traffic sources. Margo Legal sends the static page title and the page URL without its query string or fragment. Google may set analytics cookies including _ga and related property cookies. These identifiers help distinguish visits and may persist for up to two years unless deleted sooner through your browser controls.

Your choice

Select Decline analytics to keep Google Analytics unloaded. You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the Analytics choices control on the site. Withdrawing consent replaces the saved accepted choice with a declined choice, disables analytics for the current page, removes Margo Legal’s Google Analytics cookies and keeps the Google tag unloaded on later pages unless you accept again. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.

What analytics does not do here

Margo Legal does not send form contents, email addresses, firm names, Readiness Score answers, search terms, URL query strings or fragments as analytics events. With analytics consent it sends a small set of custom events: asset_download (which free asset was downloaded), tool_use (which tool was used; the readiness self-check also sends how many answers were yes and the total number of questions - never the individual answers), email_consent_granted and newsletter_signup (that a consent form was submitted and which asset or list it was attached to - never the address itself), and fit_call_start (that a booking link was clicked and which placement it used). Every event also carries the page family and page path - nothing else. It does not send Web Vitals telemetry. Margo Legal does not use advertising pixels, cross-site advertising profiles, fingerprinting or session-replay tools. Analytics is not loaded on any application page that may display legal documents.
